Described the job challenge(s) and work complexities, if any.Develop and establish safety policies and procedures, monitoring records, housekeeping strategies, safety and hygiene duties for company site(s).Support Global Engineering & HSE with implementation of guidelines for HSE and Compliance monitoring.Lead, train, motivate and evaluate safety awareness of employees. Conduct safety walks, Process Hazard Analysis, meeting all relevant HSE Standards.Establish a regular professional reporting system for HSE and duty to report all accidents / incidents in the company Reporting Systems.Incident and accident analysis incl. root cause analysis, determination of corrective and preventive actions.Reporting about safety planning, activities and records, supervision and evaluation of reports to safety to establish best-in-practice information to all employees.Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.Leads accident / incident investigation.Carries out any in-house safety training and safety audits on Sub-contractors.Responsible for daily operation of HSE related facilities at site or supporting of the responsible managers.Balancing and regular reporting regarding HSE related utility consumption, waste generation, waste water generation.Performance monitoring of HSE related operations incl. waste water treatment for the process established at orlu site; incl. process improvements.Performs Risk Assessment.Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.Guarantee with support to the site manager the full compliance with all governmental but also company regulations.Conducting fire drills, safety drills and maintain all requirements to Emergency Response Plan and Emergency Response Team at site.Acquiring the routine water analysis ((drinking and ordinary water, wells) and the noise analysis that are required by the Health Group Manager in relation to work safety and worker health and declaring these in the inspections.Technical and administrative follow up (factory and laboratory).Prepare necessary reports to the official authorities regarding the factory.Follow the taxes, duties and fees to be paid to local authorities regarding the Factory, make sure that they are paid.Prepare all reports for all official audits and control works for the factory.Works closely with Production on special projects involving plant construction, equipment design, and hazardous assessments.Conducting informative training activities and encouraging activities to employees on environmental issues.Required Experience regarding the job :Please indicate minimum qualification, minimum years of experience or relevant years of experience like same scope of work described in this JD, any other skills e.g. language, IT: communication; leadership; problem solving.B.E. Chemical / Graduate & Post Diploma in Environmental Technology & Management & Post Dip. In Industrial Safety.10 years of experience as HSE Engineer in a chemical manufacturing unit.Familiar with GPCB Regulations for Occupational Health, Work Safety, Plant & Process Safety, Environmental Protection, Waste Disposal.Excellent English language knowledge in spoken and written for international communication with other company Manufacturing sites.Experience with SAP, Accident and Incident Reports, data compilation for Sustainability Reports, Process Hazard Analysis, Environmental Impact Assessments.Experience with training tools for HSE Trainings (preferable web based training).Knowledge about processes to treat waste water, waste gas and solid/liquid waste.Comprehensive IT Skills (Microsoft Software packages).CTC budget 9.6 lacsInterested Candidate call on 022 41134413 / Mobile : 91+ 9930338401 or on the above mail ID. sheetal@jobsearchindia.inContact Person - Ms. Sheetal
