Job Description

    Job Title: Executive Production (Officer Level I) Location: Ankleshwar Plant Department: Production Shift: General ShiftEligibility Criteria
    • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year
    • Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Chemistry)
    • Age: Up to 26 years
    • Gender: Open (Any)
    • Language Preference: English & Hindi (Good communication in English required)
    • Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Chemicals / Pharma
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Track and monitor production plans, ensuring fortnightly targets are achieved as per schedule.
    2. Handle workforce and manage coordination with stakeholders for smooth operations.
    3. Operate and manage DCS (Distributed Control System) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) (preferred).
    4. Work on SAP Manufacturing Module (preferred).
    5. Apply knowledge of Paint Technology (preferred).
    6. Demonstrate strong numerical skills, especially in ratios, proportions, and percentages.
    7. Manage union-related concerns and act as a shift leader.
    8. Prepare and analyze reports using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
