Manager / Senior Manager - Projects Control Responsible for multiple major & minor project in function of project planning, scheduling, reporting, cost & change management.Prepare and release Project Plans & Schedules in MS Project/ MS Excel. Prepare and release project status reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.Prepare and release Cost reports.Prepare and release MIS Presentations viz. Procurement MIS.Organising Management review meetings and issuing Agenda (Project Presentation)/ MOMsVendor / Contractor schedule management, meetings, agenda & mom.Followup and expediting all internal and external stake holders for timely completion of project activities.Highlighting critical area of concerns and suggesting mitigation measures.Issuing Project Closures, Handovers & Capitalisation.
