Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!!Urgently requirement for Supervisor Production As well versed leading one of the reputed is world no 1 Textile Dyes and auxiliaries company Opening in Ankleshwar GujaratDepartment ProductionPurpose of the Job - To plan and take production batches as per planning and maintain yield and quality. Also responsible for plant activity in the shift and management of waste.Job Tasks and Business Decisions -Describe 8-10 single most important oriented and constantly performed tasks/responsibilities.Describe what decisions would this role make and the impact. Described the job challenge(s) and work complexities, if any.To plan and take production batches as per planning and maintain yield and quality. Also responsible for plant activity in the shift and management of waste.To run Independently shift.To allocate and control manpower in the shift.To provide training to workmen.Responsible for the waste management and waste water treatment and environment related matters in the shift.Responsible for the safety and security of the plant in the shift.To record Production activity in SAP system and log sheet and report book.Responsible for maintaining housekeeping of the plant in the shift.Responsible for the utility management in the shift.Commissioning of new equipment and production trials.Required Experience regarding the job :-B.Sc.
