  • Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods based on data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and stakeholders through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Learn and understand Binance tools and services.
  • Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of both individual and corporate clients.
  • Design and implement strategies for market growth in the LatAm region.
  • Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more.
  • Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree, or graduated within the last two years.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and driven.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure.
  • Passionate about crypto.
  • Preferred experience in account management with a track record of maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Experience in sales, banking, and financial services is preferred.
