Nos orientamos a Ingeniero Mecnico/Industrial/Electromecnico con alguna formacin o experiencia previa en mecnica automotriz (ideal rubro pesados), con al menos 5 aos en posiciones similares. Adems, deber tener manejo de ingls y portugus.La misin del puesto consiste en liderar, coordinar y planificar los recursos, procedimientos, actividades del sector siguiendo las polticas y estndares definidos por la direccin para brindar servicios que alcancen o superen las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Mantener los equipos de mecnicos, de ventas de servicios y administracin, altamente capacitados, a fin de garantizar la satisfaccin de los clientes y la calidad en el servicio.Responsabilidades principales:

• Identificar, definir y coordinar las actividades claves del sector propuestas en el plan de accin, impulsando al equipo de trabajo y realizando el seguimiento de los KPI a fin de alcanzar los volmenes y objetivos establecidos para el ao en curso.
• Planificar y supervisar los recursos necesarios del sector, realizando seguimiento permanente de los procesos, buscando mejora continua de los mismos con el fin de identificar la falta o necesidad de optimizacin de los recursos.
• Realizar seguimiento y colaborar en los procesos de control y gestin, impulsando reuniones, monitoreando peridicamente los registros y reportes involucrados, con el fin de cumplir con las polticas de control de Stock y cuentas a cobrar definidos por la direccin.
• Elaborar las diferentes estrategias, sus correspondientes planes de accin, y realizar seguimiento de la implementacin, para el continuo crecimiento del concesionario a mediano y largo plazo.
• Elaborar los Estimates (P&L), anlisis de los resultados mensuales. Plan de accin de eventuales desvos.
