Job Description

We are looking for Marketing & Demand Generation Executives for multiple locations in Tamil Nadu.Experience: 1 to 5 yearsIndustry: Construction / Building MaterialsQualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Any DegreeGender: MaleKey Responsibilities:
• Generate demand and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders and customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify potential customers.
• Promote construction and building material products.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales / demand generation targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain regular reports on market visits, leads and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order follow-up.
Required Skills:
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation or Business Development.
• Experience in Construction / Building Materials is preferred.
• Candidates from Cement, Steel, TMT, Tiles, Plywood, Building Products or related industries are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
