Job Description

Lead Program Manager, Learning and Workforce DevelopmentLocation: Atlanta, GA, USAExperience Level: AdvancedMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 4 years of experience in Learning and Development program management.
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Communication Strategy or Change Management Communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while managing multiple, simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.

  • Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product areas.
  • Develop Learning and Development engagement process with key business partners.
  • Develop a measurement strategy to determine learning team program effectiveness.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of the LWD business plan.
  • Manage a team of resources in supporting their execution plans and responsibilities.
