Job Description

Program Manager I, Data Center Equipment Planning, Cloud Supply ChainLocation: Atlanta, GA, USAExperience Level: EarlyMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of program management experience.
  • Experience in supply chain planning within the tech industry.
  • Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain operations or planning within the tech industry.
  • Experience in implementing systems and tools across the supply chain.
  • Experience developing short and long term demand models to optimize product transitions.
  • Experience with Sales and Operations Planning processes as well as in development and implementation of planning systems and processes.

As a Program Manager at Google, youll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. Its your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.In this role, you will source, plan, make, and deliver infrastructure, compute, network, storage, and data center capacity for all product areas across Google. You will develop and maintain the data centers to build the next generation of Google platforms. The team procures and delivers the cooling and electrical gear that power the data centers.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000bonusequitybenefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Manage material volume and timing requirements to meet supply chain strategies inline with overall business objectives, including the translation of material requirements for new product launches.
  • Lead communication of changes to demand/supply requirements to internal customers, communicate cross-functionally with partner teams to meet customer requests, and present the monthly supply/demand planning process output to leadership.
  • Identify and solve demand/supply gaps and inefficiencies, and document process solutions and requirements.
  • Coordinate and align product transition planning requirements across teams.
