Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forBranch ManagerPurpose of the RolePerforms the role as a CEO of the branch & responsible for overall profitability of the branch as well as responsible for managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales targets, delivering customer service and growing the locations revenues.Job Duties & Responsibilities
    • To develop business development strategies relevant to the catchment area of the branch
    • To mobilize liability products with a focus on augmenting low cost deposit
    • Marketing quality assets with a major focus on retail products
    • Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to Regional Team for approval
    • Analyze applicants financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
    • Generate leads for Ancillary Business like Non Life Insurance, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, Demat, Forex business.
    • To proactively monitor quality of assets to identify stressed accounts
    • To maintain highest standards of customer service
    • To manage the customer complaints, redress grievances effectively and improve the Branch Productivity
    • To set performance goals for direct reports, monitor their performance and provide directions as and when required
    • Responsible for the minimum audit queries
    • Mentoring and Coaching of the branch staff, monitor progress, receive feedback, boost morale of the staff
    • Monitoring and controlling of Branch expenses to align with budgets provided by Head Office.
    Educational Qualification :Minimum Second class Graduate with adequate professional qualificationWork Experience Requirement :-The candidate should have at least 15 years of work experience in banking sector out of which minimum 3 years worked as Assistant Branch Manager position or should be currently working as Branch Manager.Regards,HR Team
