Job Description

  • Design, configure, and manage computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPNs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and data protection strategies.
  • Manage and optimize server infrastructure, including cloud-based and on-premises systems.
  • Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for system upgrades and support.
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
