    • Bachelors degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
    • Overall 15 -20 years in IT industry with min 10+ years of experience in technical design, development .NET /Azure cloud solutions, ability to drive multiple projects, customer facing roles.
    • Ability to collaborate with customers & drive new initiatives.
    • Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
    • Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding Microsoft Technologies (C#, .NET core, Entity framework, SQL server, MVC) Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory & DevOps.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development (TDD).
    • Provide technical and thought leadership to teams of software developers engaged in implementation of projects, working in a distributed development environment.
    • Well versed with Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud & DevOps.
    • Develop high level designs for converting functional requirements into business processes.
    • Play a leading role in the business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases.
    • Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases and ensure the successful delivery of the project from a high-level technical perspective.
    • Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change requests.
    • Coordinate between business units within Alcoa & work closely with business owners & identify new business opportunities & support wherever required.
    • Manage daily activities of Technical team(s) both onsite and offshore as needed.
    • Provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the development team on all technical matters and team deliverables;
    • Designing/coding applications following specifications using the appropriate tools and adhering to the companies coding standards.
    • Review pull requests, create/maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines and ARM templates.
    • Collaboration with other teams across the globe (availability for some night conference calls during the week).
    Technical Skills :
    • C# .NET Core
    • Blazor and Angular (nice to have)
    • Azure IaaS/PaaS
    • Azure DevOps
    • Entity Framework
    • Azure SQL Server and Azure Data Factory
    • Experienced in Agile methodology and frameworks, preferable SCRUM
    • Good communication skills
