• OEE Tracking and improvement for all areas including bottlenecks in Tablet/Liquid/Ointment Department.
• Change over time tracking and reduction for all areas including bottlenecks using SMED.
• Batch cycle time improvement for concerned products in the Tablets/Liquid/Ointment Department.
• Yield improvement on the basis of high value and high volume products.
• Idea Generation, implementation, savings tracking every month.
• Facilitation of Performance dialogues in all areas.
• Successfully delivers all Operational Excellence trainings.
• Facilitating and conducting all Quality circle activities.
• Ensure all activities under the Program to achieve continuous excellence (PACE) are completed successfully.
• Drive the Kaizen initiative at the whole site and conduct monthly R&R for the same.
• Transfer the understanding of All Lean Tools like 5s, Poka Yoke, POCA etc. to the shop floor.
• Perform Time and Motion studies on the shop floor area whenever needed.
• Implement and ensure sustenance of TQM & LEAN concepts i.e. 5S, DWMS, and Gemba walk at different locations.
• Develop governing and audit mechanisms for 5S, DWMS, and Gemba walk.
• Assist in implementing initiatives related to Continuous Improvement i.e. Kaizen, Quality Circle, etc.
• Assist in setting up a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
• Publish Monthly MIS on progress of TQM & LEAN Initiatives.
• Ensure timely reviews of projects and publishing reports to the Manager.
• Ensure timely release of Rewards and Recognition by evaluating projects.
• Design and prepare innovative ways of training apart from classroom training.
• Facilitate teams on different TQM and LEAN concepts i.e. 5S, PDCA, DWMS, Gemba Walk, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Six Sigma BB/master BB certified.
• In-depth strategic and executing knowledge on TQM & LEAN.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to impart training on 5S, DWMS, Gemba walk.
• Can implement and sustain TQM & LEAN practices i.e. 5S, DWMS, Gemba walk, etc.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to guide the team on TQM & LEAN practices.
• Enthusiastic and passionate to drive Continuous Excellence.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work with people across hierarchy levels.
• Willing to travel across India as per requirement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
