Job descriptionDear Candidates,Greeting from ANI Integrated Services Ltd!We are having urgent opening for the position in Tendering Engineer at Thane location.
• Preparing bids and proposals for manpower scope for Oil and Gas Industries.
• Preparing bids and proposals for O&M scope for Oil and Gas Industries.
• Understanding engineering scope for projects from RFPs, tender documents.
• Preparation of costing
• Technical bid analysis, vendor document review
• Identifying potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across clients
• Handling PSU Sector tenders and portals for tender submission work.
• Preparation of technical-commercial bid & submission of tender.
• Attending Pre-Bid, Post bid meeting.
• Attending negotiation meeting in order to book job.
• Preparing offer techno-commercial comparison, carrying reverse auction process.
• Handling team size of 4-5 members in Tendering & estimation department
1. Graduate/Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
2. He should have experience in Tendering for E&I Project works, O&M Projects/Manpower tenders / PSU sector tenders .
3. Experience in Oil & Gas, Fertilizers will be advantages.
