Job Description

    Job Title: Advisor Voice - TechnicalJob Description:
    1. Handle all customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction with the companys products or services.
    2. Take full ownership of calls when customers reach out.
    3. Respond to customers using an appropriate tone and language.
    4. Provide solution-oriented support in every interaction and educate customers wherever possible.
    5. To excel in this role, candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel, a high level of motivation, and a customer-centric approach.
    6. Maintain a strong understanding of the product, systems, processes, and company policies.
    7. Adhere to scheduled shifts, roster timings, and other assigned activities.
    8. Capture relevant customer details and data during interactions.
    9. Resolve customer queries within the specified timelines and analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
    10. Manage outbound and inbound campaigns based on business needs.
    11. Candidates must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other process tools to manage their customer portfolio.
    Skills and Competencies:
    • Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in MS Excel.
    Work Experience:
    • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
    CTC:
    • 2.6 to 2.8 Lakhs per annum.
    Job Location(s):
    • Bangalore (Work from Home option available).
    Education Qualification(s):
    • Any Degree.
