Hiring AI Technical Lead | Product-Based MNCWe are hiring for a leading product-based MNC for an AI Technical Lead role.Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 9 Years Notice Period: 1 month, 15 days or less / Serving Notice PeriodMandatory Skills
1. 9 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in AI/ML Engineering and Technical Leadership.
2. Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, Transformers, Prompt Engineering & LLMOps.
3. Strong experience with Azure / AWS / GCP and AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI or Databricks.
4. Strong experience in MLOps with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC & Weights & Biases.
5. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, Docker & Kubernetes.
6. Experience in AI/ML production environments, model deployment, monitoring, performance optimization & troubleshooting.
7. Minimum 3 years of technical/team leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding AI/ML engineering teams.
8. Strong experience with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, Git & Agile/Scrum methodologies.
9. Experience with AI governance, security, compliance and enterprise-scale AI solution architecture.
Candidates with strong AI/ML architecture, cloud, MLOps, GenAI, and technical leadership experience are preferred.
