Responsible for all graphics and art in all proposal volumes associated with a strategic sales campaignConceptualize selling messages within the context of proposal guidelinesResponsible for specific content including selected text tables and graphics either in all or in designated volumes.or sections of a ProposalMaintain all inbound outbound final and draft graphics and artMaintain repository of all graphics and art accessible by proposal team; responsible for version controlSelect or maintain proposal color palette and ensure all graphics and art are designed to meet color palette criteriaMaintains compliance with graphics requirements. internal Accenture controls external government regulations .e.g. procurement process. and sales methodology Combine clear writing directions for authors requirements of proposal and corporate standards of brand and other regulations to generate understandable and convincing proposal volumes Scores measures and maintains compliance matrix and coordinates required activities; validates content with Volume Lead Responsible for electronic publishing of specific versions or proposal volumes as designated by Production Manager Assist with electronic publishing for all required material including requirements status reports and quality reviews including book check and other quality control activities Responsible for securing proposal artifacts at all times Responsible for specific content-including selected text tables and graphics in designated volume.s. or section.s. of proposal. Assists with version management of all proposal material Manage resources and coordinates action items from internal review Support Proposal Manager and Volume Lead in preparation for corporate and team reviews Interface with Campaign Lead Marketing Legal and Commercial Contracts Pricing Editorial and Solution Integrator as necessary Maintain interface with developers Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interaction with clients and or or Accenture management. Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Multimedia or Graphic Design or a related discipline PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS MS PowerPoint or Word Expert Visual Communication Expert Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator Expert Client Relationship Development Novice Effective Communications Novice and Reporting Trained Operational Excellence Proficient Operations Management Novice Problem-Solving Capability,
