Engage in making daily outbound calls to insurance to get claims status.2. Proficiency in Accounts receivables- collections, denials, Appeals.3. Willingness to work in night shift and ready to work from office if required.4. Proficiency in verifying the eligibility & benefits, understanding insurance policies.5. Value added advantage if having experience in working for DME project (Durable Medical equipment).6. Good communication skills and understanding of client and internal stake holders requirements.SME -EncounterLocation: HyderabadCTC : 6.4LPA (Including variable 24K)Shift & Mode: US Shift & WFO (Transportation will be provided)Job description:1. US Health Care Domain Knowledge. E.g. Encounters, EDI, HIPAA, 837 Layout, insights into Medicare and Medicaid Markets etc.2. Facets/QNXT or any other healthcare adjudication system knowledge will be added advantage.3. SQL Server SSIS and SSRS plus any Microsoft cloud technologies will be added advantage.4. Analytical and Query Writing Skills(SQL)5. SQL Procedure and Packages Debugging skills.6. Knowledge on any reporting tools or software e.g. Tableau or Power BI etc.7. PPT Presentations with client.8.
