Job Description

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

  • Work closely with the Lead Designers / Product Manager to identify & answer important product/solution questions through UI Wireframes, prototypes or solutions.
  • Design and delivers the key customer needs as software solution
  • Interface with stakeholders for requirements understanding, architecture clarifications etc.
  • Actively participates in project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
  • Identify and escalate risks on time
  • Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements
Key Technical Skills:
  • 10+ years of hands on experience in developing the UI using for web / desktop applications
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience in design and developing of web UI applications
  • Strong Object Oriented development and design knowledge and experience
  • Expertise in development testing and debugging skills using Firebug or chrome debugger
  • Working experience in agile/SAFe development methodologies
  • Excellent coding skills in Java, React.js, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 is required
  • Hands experience DEVOPs activity
  • Excellent working knowledge on libraries e.g . JQuery, Bootstrap , AngularJS, D3.js, Workflow management frameworks ( must )
  • Good working knowledge of RESTful web services ( Preferred )
  • Previous experience on using the Remote screen sharing, screen control
  • Working knowledge of the BI Tools ( Oracle BI , MS Power BI etc )

  • Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
  • Go-Getter Attitude. Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver it with quality and within required timeline
  • Team Player attitude. Key characteristic of the individual who puts the team first before self.
  • Ability to think out of box: Ability to come up with bright ideas and always looking at the next big thing in technology
  • Flexible and willingness to stretch oneself when needed.
