    • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
    • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring best practices in recruitment are followed.
    • Take ownership of team deliverables and support their professional growth.
    • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/non-IT sectors.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
