Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1)Ensure adherence to Volume wise & Model wise Production 2)Ensure Manpower planning and allocation of workmen as per skill matrix for achieving day to day production 3)Knowledge on DCP 4)Co-ordinate with various departments for planning in order to achieve 100% adherence of production plan 5)Ensure achievement of Internal Quality Targets of User Plant and By-Off 6)Focus on Quality improvement through Poke- Yoke/ FMEA/Kaizens/HEP 7)Adherence to Quality Systems Requirements 8)Facilitation for achieving cost targets 9)Time Study (MOST) analysis along with industrial engineering department to increase productivity 10)Preparation of documents for audits such as TPM, TS16949 & OSHAS etc. 11)Knowledge of SAP transactions in production department. 12)Responsible for making OJT plan(ON JOB TRAINING) to develop the skill matrix of operators 13)Monthly departmental progress presentation during management review meeting. 14)Review compliance under Safety. 15)Improvement in Housekeeping scores. 16)Reduction in unplanned absenteeism of employees. 17)Grievance handling- Interact with Union Leaders as & when required for maintaining harmonious industrial relations.Experience2-7 yearsIndustry PreferredQualificationsB.E. - Automobile / Mechanical / ProductionGeneral Requirements,
