Job Summary:We are hiring qualified CA Freshers for the Statutory Audit team. The ideal candidate should have completed a full 3-year articleship in statutory audit and possess strong technical knowledge of statutory auditing and accounting standards.Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) withno pending exams
• Must have clearedboth Group 1 and Group 2 within a maximum of 4 attempts
• No career gapbefore or after articleship
• Candidate should have completed3 years of articleship in Statutory Audit
Pass-out & Articleship Completion Criteria:
• Candidates who qualified CA in:
• September 2025 Articleship must be completed byDecember 2024
• January 2026 Articleship must be completed byMarch 2025
Age Criteria:
• Candidate should beborn in or after 1999
Experience:
• CA Fresher (0 years of post-qualification experience)
• Strong exposure toStatutory Audit during articleship
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in execution of statutory audits for clients across industries
• Review and analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Prepare audit documentation and working papers
• Coordinate with clients to collect required data and resolve audit queries
• Support seniors in audit planning, execution, and reporting
Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing standards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a team environment
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary:9.5 LPA
• Variable Pay:25% of fixed salary
