Job Description

    We have an opening for AVP Motor Claims our client in Hyderabad, Bangalore.Job Title: AVP Motor ClaimsLocation: Hyderabad, BangaloreAbout Us: [Company overview, including mission, values, and unique attributes.]Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Motor Claims Adjuster to handle both backend processing and field investigations. This dual-role position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage motor insurance claims from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Backend Processing:Evaluate and process motor insurance claims in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Review claim submissions for completeness and accuracy, requesting additional information as necessary.Analyze claim documents, including police reports and repair estimates, to determine coverage and liability.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities in the claims management system.Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and other departments to resolve complex claims issues.Provide timely updates to policyholders regarding the status of their claims.Field Work:Conduct on-site inspections of damaged vehicles and accident scenes as needed.Interview claimants, witnesses, and involved parties to gather essential information.Assess vehicle damages and evaluate repair estimates in coordination with auto repair professionals.Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from field investigations and submit them for review.Attend hearings or mediations as required, representing the company in a professional manner.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.years of experience in motor claims adjusting or a related field.Strong understanding of motor insurance policies and claims procedures.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.Kindly share your CV at hidden_emailSmit BhavreTalish Solutions91 hidden_mobile / hidden_emailwww.talishsolutions.com
