Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team to design, develop, and implement new products and integrations.
      • Align technical strategies with business goals to drive the success of the League platform.
    • Code Quality and Maintenance:
      • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
      • Fix bugs and optimize system performance.
      • Create and maintain automated tests to ensure robust and reliable code.
    • Technical Strategy:
      • Help to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring that development efforts are in sync with organizational objectives.
    • Team Values:
      • Uphold and promote our team values of ownership, innovation, cooperation, and empathy for our customers.
    Experience and Skills:
    • Experience:
      • 6 years of software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering.
      • Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing backend services.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Familiarity with database management systems, specifically MongoDB.
      • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
      • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Concourse.
      • Proven experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant web services and APIs.
      • Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with writing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong communication skills to effectively understand requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
