Job Description

    Job Title: R2R Specialist Record to Report (GL, Month-End Close, Reconciliation) Company: White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt LtdWe are looking for an experienced R2R (Record to Report) Specialist with a strong background in General Ledger (GL) processes, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle ERP systems and a thorough understanding of fixed asset accounting.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform end-to-end journal entry processing, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments
    • Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
    • Execute month-end close activities and support the reporting process
    • Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers, depreciation, and disposals
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely closure and reporting
    • Continuously drive process improvements and automation initiatives
    Requirements:
    • 25 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or GL Accounting
    • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, balance sheet reviews, and month-end tasks
    • Familiarity with fixed asset accounting procedures
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting; CA Inter or MBA (Finance) is a plus
