    Backend Engineer- Golang (Mongo DB)_Full-Time_WFH(Work from Home)_They need to come to Pune/Bangalore whenever the client comesJob Title: Backend Engineer- Golang (Mongo DB)Job Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: WFH(Work from Home)Location: They need to come to Pune/Bangalore whenever the client comesExperience: 5-12 YearsSkills: Golang, MongoDB, GCP or any cloudNote: Somebody who has experience working with onsite people.Key Responsibilities:Cross-functional Collaboration:o Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team to design, develop, and implement new products and integrations.o Align technical strategies with business goals to drive the success of the League platform.Code Quality and Maintenance:o Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.o Fix bugs and optimize system performance.o Create and maintain automated tests to ensure robust and reliable code.Technical Strategy:o Help to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring that development efforts are in sync with organizational objectives.Team Values:o Uphold and promote our team values of ownership, innovation, cooperation, and empathy for our customers.Experience and Skills:Experience:o 6 years of software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering.o Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing backend services.Technical Skills:o Familiarity with database management systems, specifically MongoDB.o Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.o Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Concourse.o Proven experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant web services and APIs.o Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with writing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.Soft Skills:o Strong communication skills to effectively understand requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Personal Attributes: Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and technical challenges.
