- 5- 8 years experience in a sales role in an IT product company preferably startup.Successful track record exceeding revenue and share goals consistently.Good background in at least one selling Big Data & Analytics solutions and/ or selling tech solutions into Retail & CPG industry. Combination of both will be an ideal candidate.Solution selling experience in a products company.Exposure to selling in mainly in India. Selling experience in APAC is added advantage.Candidate should be willing to travel within India to begin with & as in APAC region subsequently for developing & closing deals.Develop & execute sales plan to achieve revenue and growth goals for the regionEstablish the right sales processes & foundations for sustained revenue growthDevelop strong cross- functional relationships with other teams.Contribute to the overall intellectual horsepower of the company.This position directly reports to the President of the company.Skills and Requirements,
