Functions, Duties, Tasks: Key Leadership Responsibilities Proactively search for solutions. Demonstrate high levels of adaptability, flexibility, and learning agility Key Technical Reponsibilities Support the biostatistics and statistical analyst needs of the Global Operations site network as well as other components of the R&D organization Experimental design, randomization and statistical programming via standard analysis software including SAS and JMP. Compilation and analysis of data across multiple sources/studies to delivery a comprehensive meta-analysis package Coordination with statisticians (internal and external) for planning and execution of statistical analysis Programming, analysis, interpretation and summary of individual data sets or multiple data sets/sources Statistical programming of outputs tables, fugures and listings, with ability to train Global Operations team members Develop robust processes and best practices for Global Operations statistical analysts Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications): MS in biostatistics minimum Minimum five years experience in working directly as biostatistician or statistical analyst in health sciences area. Working knowledge of statistical analysis software SAS, R, JMP Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work within and lead interdisciplinary teams in the areas of biostatistics and statistical analysis programming Additional Preferences: Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis software, data management, data engineering and applications of AI and machine learning In-depth knowledge of GxP requirements and regulatory guidelines with sound understanding of operational Regulatory and R&D principles. Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate logically and technically. Organizational planning skills, project management skills and commitment to quality.
