Job Description

    Title: Business Development Manager / Executive Student HousingLocations: Chennai District, Thiruvallur District, Kanchipuram District, Chengalpattu DistrictTarget Clientele: Higher education institutions
    • Candidates should be willing to travel to the above-mentioned locations. Candidates should be able to identify potential clients, contact decision-makers in higher education institutions, and arrange meetings.
    • Candidates should be able to present in detail the company profile and its services to the decision-makers of the higher education institutions.
    • Candidates should be able to understand the clients requirements and thereby prepare a proposal to be submitted to the client.
    • The candidate should be able to convincingly present the proposal and secure the contract.
    • After the sale process, the candidate shall continue to maintain a good rapport with the decision makers and participate in the monthly review meetings with the clients.
    Experience requirements:
    • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
    • Preference to candidates who have been experienced in sales of products/ services to educational institutions.
    • Preference for candidates who have sales experience in the bulk cooking industry.
