Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Target Achievement:
    Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets as assigned periodically.
    1. Team Leadership & Motivation:
    Constantly guide and motivate team members to achieve better performance and foster a positive working environment.Conduct regular performance reviews with team members on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.Enable team growth and readiness through coaching, mentoring, and skill development programs.
    1. Training & Development:
    Ensure each team member meets minimum training hours within a given period, including refresher training, new product updates, soft skills, or behavioral training.
    1. Operational Excellence:
    Manage relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective functioning of processes.Proactively identify and resolve potential service delivery issues.Provide quick, alternative solutions for operational challenges.
    1. Compliance & Integrity:
    Work towards achieving zero cases of mis-selling or fraud in processes.Communicate effectively to keep the team updated on product changes and process updates.
    1. Performance Monitoring:
    Maintain and analyze team performance to ensure constant improvement.Monitor and manage attrition within specified limits.
    1. Market & Client Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and loyalty.Stay updated on market trends to optimize strategies.Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in lending sales, with a strong understanding of business loan products.Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve team performance.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.Commitment to maintaining compliance and integrity in all processes.Looking for immediate joiningIf Interested share your CV to mailhidden_email
