Job Description

1) Designation: Career Development Executive- (70% inside sales & 30% outdoor meetings)

  • Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
  • Lead generation through cold calling.
  • Meeting & Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries).
2) Job Title: Trainee Career Development Executive (sales) 1st 9-12 months in Mumbai later you would be transferred to your desired location across India (basis your choice).
  • (50% inside sales & 50% outdoor meetings)
  • Achieving and exceeding the sales targets (End to End Sales).
  • Lead generation through cold calling.
  • IdentifyopportunitiesthroughWebinteraction,Telecalling,marketingevents&advertisements to generate appointments.
  • Recordandmaintainthequalityofleadsandensureprogressionofleadsfromidentificationtoclosure.
  • Maintainaqualitypipelinebytargetingtherightsetofaudienceandweeklyclosureby continuousfollow-up.
  • Providingcounsellingtostudentsandhelpthemchoosingtherightlearning module.
  • Willing to travel within city limits convincing the customers (i.e. parents) to invest on Toppscholars learning app to improve their childrens quality of education and academic result by establishing the unique value proposition on Toppscholars learning app.
  • Ensuring end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.
