Job Description

    Role- CEO Office AssociateLocation- Bangalore (Hybrid Model)We are open for FreshersJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an CEO Office Associate. This role will provide direct support to the CEO and contribute to the efficient operation of the CEO office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEOs, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, expense management, etc.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentationsfor executive meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screen incoming calls and emails, and prioritize messages for the CEOs attention.Strategic Initiatives: Assist CEOs in researching and analyzing information, preparing reports, and compiling data for strategic decision-making and planning.Project Management: Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of CEOs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track project milestones and deliverables.Business Performance: Manage the flow of information and lead the preparation of business performance reports, track objectives and key results of CEOs, and proactively provide updates and recommendations on key issues, projects and initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders,including executives, management team, employees, and clients, and represent the CEOs office with professionalism and integrity.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Ad-hoc Support: Provide additional support and assistance to the CEOs and management team as needed, including ad-hoc projects, research tasks, and administrative duties.Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market trends, competitive research, conceptualize approach and solution, develop business case, build partnership, influence strategic decision makers.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology or a related field. Overall awareness of technology, financial services, general management, and strategy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritizecompeting demands.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Resourcefulness to network, build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Good strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; effective at analyzing and interpreting data, developing insights to support decision making.Clever to spot opportunities and risks, present complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
