Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Channel Development:
    • Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners, including real estate agents, brokers, financial consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop a comprehensive channel sales strategy to maximize the distribution and sales of LAP products.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring mutual business growth and profitability.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with channel partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    Sales Leadership:
    • Drive sales through channel partners by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support.
    • Set sales targets for each channel partner and ensure they are met through regular performance reviews and feedback.
    • Develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and incentives to motivate channel partners and boost sales.
    • Monitor and analyze the sales performance of each channel partner, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.
    Training and Support:
    • Provide comprehensive training to channel partners on LAP products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
    • Develop training materials and programs to ensure channel partners are well-equipped to represent the companys LAP products.
    • Offer ongoing support to channel partners, including resolving issues, providing product updates, and assisting with complex customer cases.
    • Conduct regular meetings and workshops with channel partners to share best practices and success stories.
    Market Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for channel expansion and growth.
    • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine the channel sales strategy.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote LAP products and expand the channel network.
    Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure that all channel sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Work closely with the risk and compliance teams to ensure that channel partners adhere to credit policies and risk assessment procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits of channel partners to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
    • Implement corrective measures and provide additional training where compliance issues are identified.
    Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance, including metrics such as loan disbursals, conversion rates, and revenue.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all channel partner interactions, agreements, and performance data.
    Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new developments in the LAP segment.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance channel sales effectiveness.
    • Support the introduction of new LAP products, technologies, and initiatives to the channel network.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a channel management or partnership role, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong relationship-building and partnership management skills.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Deep understanding of LAP products, mortgage lending, and real estate markets.
      • Proficiency with CRM software and channel management tools.
      • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
      • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mortgage lending and channel sales.
