- Conceptualize, plan, execute and review the marketing strategy for the organization- Strategize and implement Brand Communications and PR communications on offline and online platforms.- Accountable for conceptualization, design, development and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives for brand positioning, awareness and recall- Collaborate with Sales and Product development teams to drive innovative customer acquisition- Review and manage digital & content marketing strategy and ensure effective execution and review- An in-depth understanding of user acquisition techniques across multiple channels like SEM, SEO- Responsible for leveraging content to generate leads for the business- Driving customer engagement initiatives on multiple digital platforms- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team- Manage marketing budgets effectively and generating maximum ROIsJob Requirements:- Graduate/PostGraduate with at least 10+ years of post qualification experience with a very high understanding and awareness of business- Good written, oral communication, presentation and leadership skills- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns- Well versed with latest trends, methodologies and marketing tools- Strong analytical and project management skills- A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Ability to track all relevant data points on marketing execution and prepare management reports for the Marketing function,
