Job Description

As the central team in CIB Digital & Platform Services, we build & support cross-CIB dashboards that are used by all levels of management. The candidate will play a key role in helping the team manage, extend and enhance our business intelligence solutions. The position requires strong technical, analytical, communication skills as well as experience with business intelligence tools. Job DescriptionThe role is for Team Lead Business & reporting analyst in Document management Services team in CIB Ops transformation.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new Alteryx data transformation workflows and bespoke macros
  • Create, manage and enhance dashboards in QlikView / Tableau in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies
  • Drive automation of new and existing processes using low code tools such as UIPath, Instabase and Alteryx
  • Interface with business managers, product owners and technology teams to design, develop, deploy and enhance the dashboards
  • Help support and develop data-driven business culture across CIB Digital & Platform Services
  • Investigate and resolve any technical issues with data visualization or feeds
Educational Requirement: B.Tech/BE or related experience in Quantitative analysisExperience: 4 - 8 yearsSkillsets Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling reporting capabilities such as MIS and dashboards, preferably in an Investment Banking domain.
  • Atleast 1 year of experience on Analytical tools such as Alteryx, and visualization tools such as Qlikview and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of tools such as UIPath, Instabase and Xceptor will be preferable.
  • Knowledge of designing and running reports using SAP WebI Platform will be a plus.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and good analytical mindset.
  • Quick learner and should be able to adapt quickly based on new assignments and tasks.
