Job Description

Executive housekeepers are in charge of overseeing and directing the cleaning activities of the building.Cleaning materials and new items are also ordered by the executive housekeeper to ensure that their workers have the proper tools to perform their job duties.Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on day to day basis.Prepare duty rosters and supervise the discipline and conduct of her staff.Ensure proper communication within the department by conducting regular meeting with the staff.Approval of supply requisitions for the housekeeping and to maintain minimum stock and cost control procedures for all materials.Check the reports, files, registers maintained in the department.Provide budget to the management and control of budgetsyou will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Oversee housekeeping operationsOversee Laundry OperationsEvaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvementwork schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresInspect, regularly, all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance to standards and take action as necessary to conform to standardMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team with an emphasis on training and teamworkEnsure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenitiesEnsure staffing levels cover business demandsManage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and proceduresRecruit, manage, train and develop the Housekeeping/Laundry teamCompetent in property management systemsAssist other departments wherever necessary.Interested candidate should apply with CV/resume.
