This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.PURPOSE: The role is to ensure the Data Governance Standards applied across Client Lifecycle is complete, remains current and provides an assurance on the CL Data Standards. The role will lead a small team who will act as the first line of defence to for Data that supports Business processes across CCIB.RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Data governance:a. Monitor and track all Data SLA s managed by CLDM. Responsible for the renewal of all SLA s, ensuring that all Data Consumers have a valid and approved SLA tracking all Data Consumed. Deliver complete drafted SLA s with a Business Impact Assessment to the Director Data Governance for approval.b. Ensure that new SLA s are established, or existing ones enhanced for any Change Request being managed by CLDM. Consult with CLDM and any Data Consumers to advise on the impact of any Change of Data.c. Act as the first escalation point for any Data Quality issue escalated through the SLA process. Ensure there is an approach in place to Investigate any reported data issues.d. Review all reporting prepared by the Data Risk Analyst prior to submission to the CL NFRC.e. Provision of assistance and support, as a Data SME, for any Audit and Regulatory requirements.2. Lead the Data Risk Management:a. Knowledge of Operational Risk Framework support the drafting of the ORF and the Data Quality Risk Register. Be the final reviewer of the ORF/RR prior to document being shared with Stakeholdersb. On-going review of all KCI s and KRI s to ensure completeness and relevancy. Establish new indicator as and when required.c. Support the Data Risk Analyst on completion of the Treatment Plan and closure of any Risk Papers3. Lead the Data Management Team:a. Ensure all Data Gaps identified through the SLA process and Business Impact have a Treatment for mitigation are resolved within ORF Timeframes.b. Lead and support the Data Analyst s through the day to day activities, prioritise tasks based on the Risk related to that activity.c. Establish process to report progress to Senior Management against objectives4. Seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement to processes and tasks across the Data Management Function5. Work with the Data Risk Analyst to liaise with Data Projects & Change and CLM Operations Team s advising and supporting on process improvements. Share the understanding of Risk across teams to improve DQ at source.6. Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct.7. Completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training including e-learning within stated timeframes.8. Proactive identification of risks and concerns, including escalation to all relevant stakeholders.9. There will be travel to Singapore expected with this role at least once a year. Correction of data values in the Client Lifecycle systemsREQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE:Qualitifcations and Skills:Leading a Data Management function, understanding of the Risks related to poor data. Knowledge of how to manage/lead projects designed to resolve DQ Issues.Knowledge of the Operational Risk Framework, it s purpose and how to effectively manage a Risk RegisterStrong CLDM KnwoledgeDegree or diploma qualified experience in multiple phases of the project lifecycle, preferably with exposure to business project delivery rolesAdvocate of team multi culture and collaborative with commercial and pragmatic approachExposure to a structured development lifecycle and related deliverable and work processesStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to engage with all levels of senior managementPossess excellent communication, collaboration, presenting and influencing skillsExperienced People Manager, with knowledge of people developmentWork effectively as a self-starter, review activities of the team and prioritise workloads.
