Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Architect with 15 to 20 years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in cloud computing, architecture design, and enterprise-level cloud strategy. The ideal candidate will lead cloud adoption, drive innovation, and provide strategic guidance on cloud technologies for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Strategy & Architecture
• Define and implement enterprise-wide cloud architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop best practices for cloud governance, security, and cost optimization.
Cloud Solution Design & Implementation
• Architect and deploy complex cloud-native applications, microservices, and serverless solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in designing cloud-based solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance.
• Guide the migration of legacy applications to the cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and performance optimization.
Technology Leadership & Innovation
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cloud security, networking, and identity management best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership
• Work closely with C-suite executives, IT teams, and business leaders to define cloud strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals.
• Conduct cloud training and knowledge-sharing sessions within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1520 years of IT experience, with at least 810 years in cloud architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong background in enterprise cloud security, compliance, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and DevOps methodologies.
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and edge computing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud cost management (FinOps) and performance optimization.
• Experience with AI/ML in cloud environments is a plus.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) highly preferred.
