    A Completions Engineer is a professional who designs and implements the systems and processes that are used to complete an oil or gas well, from the initial drilling phase to the production phase. The role of a Completions Engineer is to ensure that the well is completed in a safe and efficient manner, while also optimizing production and minimizing costs. This typically involves working closely with other members of the well completion team, including drilling engineers, production engineers, and geologists, to design and implement the most appropriate completion system for the well.
