Requirement-- Education- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute- Location - Bangalore- Experience - 1-4 years in Investment Banking / M&A Advisory / Private EquityResponsibilities :- Technology sector M&A experience - preferably of working with an Investment Bank- Experience in M&A Advisory, Buy Side / Sell Side Research, Idea Generation, Pitch books, Due-diligence assignments, etc.- Ability to interpret, analyze and summarize complex data and turn it into insightful presentations / charts- Typical deliverables include (but not limited to): Detailed valuation reports, financial modeling, M&A marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, etc.). pitch books, operational & financial benchmarking, investment memos- Ability to run due-diligence process and provide deal execution support to senior team members- Work professionally and coherently with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts- Have excellent written and oral communication skills- Efficient in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel and MS Power point- Prior experience in using financial databases,
