    Job DescriptionRole: Senior Specialist Trainer Experience: 5 Years Location: Bangalore (on-site, work from office)Must Skillset: Digital marketing B2B SalesTraining Exposure in Corporate Excellent Communication SkillsNotice Period: Immediate to 15 Days JoinerKindly send the CV to hidden_emailAbout the Position:The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role. To be successful as a trainer you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer is able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.Responsibilities:
    • Have detailed knowledge and hands on experience in Digital Marketing processes
    • Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
    • Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
    • Prepare learning materials for programs.
    • Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
    • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
    • Research new teaching methods.
    • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
    • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
    • Support and mentor new employees
    • Keep attendance and other records
    • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
    • Monitor employee performance and response to training
    Requirements:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to identify gaps in skills.
    • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
    • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
    • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
    • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
    • Critical thinking and decision making
    Must Have Skills:
    • Exposure to digital marketing.
    • Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal).
    • Ability to manage new hire batches.
    • Attrition Control, Shrinkage Control.
    • TNI, Content Creation for Training Delivery.
