Job Description

    Location: [Bangalore]Job Type: [Full-time ]Work Schedule: [Rotational shifts,]Department: Customer Service / SupportReports To: Customer Service Manager / Team Leader---Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Adviser (Non-Voice) to join our support team. In this role, you will assist customers primarily through email, chat, and other written communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.---Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets.Resolve customer issues by clarifying concerns, determining the cause of the problem, and guiding them through corrective steps.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.Stay updated on products, services, and internal procedures to provide accurate assistance.Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or FAQs.Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.---Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.Previous experience in customer service, especially in a non-voice role, is preferred.Strong written communication skills in [Insert language, e.g., English].Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools and helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude.---Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in e-commerce, tech support, or a BPO environment.Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.---Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth and wellness benefitsOpportunities for career growth and trainingFriendly and supportive work environment
