Roles & Profile:
• Responsible for Handle customer queries throughvoice, chat, and emailchannels.
• Responsible forProvide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
• Responsible forResolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
• English Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates must have: (Must Have)
• Laptop withIntel Core i3 or i5 processor
• StableWi-Fi/Broadband Internet Connection
