    2. Email & Chat Support
    • Assist customers via email and chat platforms, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
    • Maintain a professional tone and provide accurate solutions.
    3. Collection Executive
    • Manage collections for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding payments.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers for payment settlements.
    4. Tele Sales Executive
    • Reach out to prospective customers, present products or services, and close sales over the phone.
    • Meet sales targets and maintain customer records.
    Key Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle high-volume interactions while staying organized.
    • Prior experience in customer service or tele sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
