Work experience: 10 - 15 Years 6+ years of experience in Data Migration is must. Should able to formulate Data Migrationstrategy Experience with Application and/or database migration projects, exposure to data / informationmanagement systems (Preferred: Core Banking Application migration) Good understanding on Data migration plan, Risk Analysis, Risk mitigation, Backup plan, andRollback plan. Understand and guide team on the business requirements and the Developers to understandthe application architecture, supporting development and deployment ofapplications/functionality in meeting business goals, fulfill end user requirements, and identifyand resolve system issues. Works with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and enhancements, to test software,and to troubleshoot software issues. Communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally with internal migrations team Works on integration and conversion activities using preferred toolset. Resolves application support issues (Second line) that require in-depth analysis. Experience with Application and/or database migration projects including import, export, dataprofiling, data quality, data migration and data validation. Assist team to troubleshoot issues with data inconsistencies to achieve successful imports. Prove the reliability of data by verifying accuracy through unique checks and balances. Technical proficiency, in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details. Familiarity or comfort working with external clients. Keen attention to detail accuracy to deliver on internal and external customer requirementswith a time-sensitive approach.
