If these challenges excite you, we would love for you to join us.Our Customer Success (CS) teams own the end-to-end customer experience solving problems with Instabase - discovering the right problems, demonstrating solutions, proving value, and launching to production.As a Manager - Data Ops Team, you re an experienced data operations professional with a passion for building data management solutions and consulting with customers on how to solve problems efficiently. In this role, you ll build and manage a team of data operations associates alongside our various sales and customer success teams. What you ll do
• Ability to operate independently in a Individual Contributor capacity for text annotation on best in class Machine Learning training software platforms
• Build and improve existing processes for prioritizing and managing the E2E pipeline intake, scoping, delivery, quality controls and handoff of data projects.
• Analyze and report on the key operating metrics for the team across a wide-range of stakeholders and mediate amongst competing priorities
• Build a high performing team - Motivate and inspire others to achieve individual and organizational objectives through effective personal interventions.
• Work cross-functionally with customer success and sales teams and collaborate on driving key initiatives for Instabase customers.
• Solicit constant feedback on their work from both customers and colleagues, improving our products over time with rapid iteration cycles.
About you
• 4+ years of experience in a technical data management role i.e. data annotation expert, data labeling, data operations analyst, etc.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 members for a data management / processing domain
• Experience working with external customers across industries e.g. insurance, financial services, healthcare, logistics, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to audiences of different levels of technical, business, and organization responsibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to customer sites and events.
