Position Requirements / Expectations: Education:Bachelors or Equivalent Degree in a discipline relevant to the Trade Experience: Minimum 5 years of Industry experience (Teaching/Training Experience would be an Advantage)Skill Set / Key Selection Criteria: Essential!Good Communication skills and Professional Appearance Demonstrate Multi-Tasking and Team Building/Bonding Skills Demonstrate people management skills and negotiation skills Demonstrated record of undertaking lecture / coaching sessions for diverse group of students Identify Student Needs and adapt teaching to accommodate students of different learning styles Demonstrated record of obtaining significant external grants for guest lectures, weekend workshops and fieldtrips Demonstrated record of successfully supervising various coaching / teaching modules Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering high quality teaching materials at all levels with positive student feedback Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to take a lead role in departmental research, scholarship and teaching matters. Should be comfortable/ready to Travel (eg. to other Centre of RAGC)Technical Knowledge: 1. Training on in-demand skills like Data analysis, Machine Learning etc 2. Continuously improve the delivery experience to ensure that the experience of students is world class Minimum requirement : - Should have minimum of 2+ years of technical training experience - Should have strong command over any one programming language- Python, R, .NET, Java, Hadoop Tableau etc - Should ideally be conversant with Machine Learning, Data analysis concepts, Data Visualization etc - Passion for teaching and training is a must - Strong communication skills and ability to delivery highly interactive lectures is a must.Do visit www.ragc.in
