Identifying and assessing future and current training needs. . Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan. . Deploying a wide variety of training methods. . Continuously review existing training materials and produce new ones according to the current situation. . Develops training and development programs and objectives. . Works effectively as a team member with other members of management staff. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong presentation skills. . Ability to design and implement effective training and development. . Lead a team & monitor training effectiveness (ROI). .. Report on training activities & outcomes.Education and Experience. MBA / MSW with 10 - 15 years of experience in Training & Development. . Minimum 4 years in leading the team role. . Manufacturing Industry exposure preferred.Working Conditions Days of work - 6 days of work weekly.
