Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Interact with internal/external customers and understanding requirements then do feasibility study 2. Develop engineering requirements specifications, DVPs for validation and characterizing battery pack 3. Design of electrical circuits for EV and develop energy management for the same 4. Work with the BMS and functional safety teams to develop a functionally safe pack 5. Test batteries at the module level and at the system level 6. Support prototype and engineering builds. 7. Support the activity of battery box design along with Mechanical and thermal team for physical safety of the pack 8.Work with cross functional teams to Integrate the battery into the final system 9. Should be good in Circuits & Functional Troubleshooting 10. Modelling and simulation using Python and Matlab-Simulink tools11.Interact with vendors during part development activities ExperienceB.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech: 3+ years / 5+ years1) Expertise in automotive electrical component design and application 2) Target driven, Good analytical skills, Understanding of design practices and national/international standards. 3) Owns successful delivery of time-bound projects 4) Excellent written and oral communication skills 5) Record of on time delivery 6) Good team playerIndustry PreferredAutomotive, Aerospace, Electrical1. Excellent EE System Domain Knowledge in Electric Vehicles and high voltage battery packs 2. Good understanding of battery pack system architecture 3. Knowledge of electrichemical energy storage system and its performance 4. Experience in developing energy management document for EV battery packs 5. Able to Manage Teamcenter PLM and Polarion ALM 6. Knowledge on India & global EE Homologations requirements is preferable 7. Battery Modelling and simulation (Skills in Matlab-Simulink, Python)QualificationsB.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech., in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive EngineeringGeneral Requirements1. Failures/ Issues capturing in functional deliverables & interfacing areas 2. Parts and subsystem Integration 3. Vehicle level problem solving 4. Smooth transition of developed product from R&D to Manufacturing team. 5.
