  • To develop and manage Continuous Integration/Deployment, Release Management, Environment Provisioning and Orchestration, Configuration Management and Monitoring.
  • To be able to articulate use cases, document requirements, and provide summary information for proof of concepts and evaluation
  • On-boarding applications to DevOps Services, Tools and support with familiarity in orchestration and workflows
  • Administering and managing Unix and Windows host operating systems, networking and related logistics
  • Building and maintaining tools, solutions and microservices associated with deployment and our operations platform, ensuring that all meet our customer service standards and reduce errors.
  • Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch
  • Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
  • Offer technical support where needed, developing software for our back-end systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for our business to improve.
Primary skills required
  • Hands On Scripting - Groovy, Ansible, Bash and Maven builds
  • Hands on in Linux based OS administration
  • Proficiency in tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, Liquibase, Git, BitBucket, SonarQube, AppScan, JaCoCo
  • Wide Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure, OpenShift, ELK or similar technologies are plus
  • Expert knowledge in Administering Tomcat servers, Apache web servers and underlying Unix based infrastructure
  • Proficient in setting up CaaS/PaaS and provision on-demand containerized environments
